She prides herself on her ability to balance quality patient care with strategic priorities, is versed in change management, organizational leadership and improving clinical and financial operational indicators. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Drury University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University. Rachel is a US Army Reserve Veteran of 8 years and is married to a retired US Army active-duty service member. Together, her and her husband live in Texas and have 5 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys riding her motorcycle, reading, painting and traveling.
